Shipping
Ceragem ships throughout the United States via UPS or FedEx delivery service at our discretion. Although we try to process your order within 24 hours from receipt, your order may take up to 3 business days to process. The purchaser's credit card is only charged once the order has been packed and ready to ship. We do not accept checks or money orders.
It is possible that the products may get back-ordered, in which case, Ceragem will notify its respective customers. These situations are beyond Ceragem's control and products will be shipped to customers as soon as they become available.
It is Ceragem's policy not to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. territories outside of the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska.
Returns
Ceragem has a "No Return Policy".
Ceragem will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. In the rare event that you should receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact Ceragem to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any product that is returned without an appropriate authorization number will be refused.
Upon receipt of a faulty or damaged product with the appropriate RMA number, Ceragem will replace your product in a timely manner.
